PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the product life of a flash memory by standardizing the number of times of rewrite of a flash memory even to a read-only file. SOLUTION: A partial unused region in a flash memory group is used, and "rewrite processing" is program-described in the unused region, and this processing is executed when booting an OS so that it is possible to standardize the number of times of rewrite of the flash memory even to a read-only file. Also, the standardization processing is executed before the OS is boosted so that it is possible to facilitate smooth processing without being constrained by the OS or application software.
