PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a diopter from changing after finishing adjusting a diopter difference. SOLUTION: After adjusting the diopter difference, a focusing knob 40 is pushed into, then, an operation knob part 53b is covered by the focusing knob 40, consequently, the operation knob part 53b is prevented from being erroneously touched by a user's hand.
