PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a component and a washer capable of producing a component and a washer from one piece of rolled material in a scrapless manner using a multi-stage homer, and obtaining the component and the washer having an end face with a beautiful fiber flow. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the component and the washer includes: a first step S1 of forming a cylinder part C1, tapered part C2 and large diameter head C3 from a cut rolled material B; a second step S2 of forming a cylinder part D1 and a head D2 absorbing a volume of an unstable rolled material, wherein a shear cut remaining on the end face of the large diameter part C3 radially pushes away a fiber flow with a fracture surface from which particles are exfoliated to form the head D2 having a spherical projection surface D3 with a beautiful fiber flow; and a third step S3 of punching the cylinder part D1 to divide it into the washer 2 and a cylindrical body E having a spherical end face E1 with a beautiful fiber flow, and then cold-pressing only the cylindrical body E to form the component in a scrapless manner as its post-step.
