PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transdermally administering a substance by electroporation. SOLUTION: A device for transdermally administering a substance by electroporation, in which electric current is passed only through a conveyance fluid for the substance to be administered on part of the patient's skin 8', is provided with an operation head 1 that can be removably connected with a vessel 7 containing the fluid. The operation head 1 comprises an inlet 2 for the conveyance fluid for the substance to be administered, an electrode 4 to be run across by the fluid under the inlet, a magnet 54 to expand the magnetic field and turn particles in the fluid in a similar direction, an ionization chamber 5 with isolated walls 50, and a dispenser 3 made of a conductive material for the fluid disposed under the ionization chamber 5. The dispenser 3 includes a removable attachment 30 designed to be in contact with the skin, whereby consequently only the presence of the fluid makes the skin electrically in contact with the electrode 4.
