PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the deviation of the parallelism of a front plate with a simple configuration and further to perform vertical and horizontal adjustment as well. SOLUTION: Horizontal rods 8 are fixed to the upper and lower end parts of a front frame 3A of a storage body part 3 and a shaft member 9 extending in the vertical direction is fixed between the horizontal rods 8. A first attaching member 11 extending in the horizontal direction and provided with an oblong hole 11a and a fitting recessed part 11c to the shaft member 9 is fixed to the back surface of the front plate 5, and a second attaching member 13 provided with a fitting recessed part 13b to the shaft member 9 is fixed to the first attaching member 11 by a screw 19 from the opposite side holding the shaft member 9 therebetween. By holding the shaft member 9 therebetween, the front plate 5 is fixed to the storage body part 3. Adjustment in the horizontal direction is made possible by loosening the screw inserted into the oblong hole 11a, and adjustment in the vertical direction or a direction around a horizontal plane is made possible by loosening the screw 19.
