PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pumping test method and a pumping test device capable of performing a pumping test at relatively inexpensive test cost, and highly accurately determining a hydraulic constant. SOLUTION: An upper part closed-shaped casing pipe 1 is inserted into an excavated test hole, and a screen part 2 allowing the inflow of underground water in a pipe, is formed in a lower end part of the upper part closed-shaped casing pipe. A measuring chamber 9 is formed in the screen part 2 via a partition wall part 3. A self-priming pump 7 is connected to an upper part of the upper part closed-shaped casing pipe 1 via a suction pipe 8. The inside of the upper part closed-shaped casing pipe 1 is vacuum-sucked via the suction pipe 8 by operating the self-priming pump 7, and the underground water flowed in the upper part closed-shaped casing pipe 1 is pumped up. Its pumping quantity is measured, and a change with the lapse of time of a water level is observed by a hydraulic level gauge 4 arranged in the measuring chamber 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
