PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-floor structure capable of largely preventing the vibration on an upper floor from being transmitted to a lower floor and having high stability. SOLUTION: A supporting leg 3 put on a floor slab 2 extends downward from the lower surface four corners of each floor panel 1. The supporting leg 3 comprises an upper leg part 4 having a sloped lower surface 4a and a lower leg part 5 having a sloped upper surface 5a. The sloped lower surface 4a of the upper leg part 4 and the sloped upper surface 5a of the lower leg part 5 opposed to each other are connected to each other through an elastic member 6. A roller 7 rotatable at least in the horizontal component direction a of the sloped lower surface 4a in the direction opposite to the sloped upper surface 5a is installed at the lower end of the lower leg part 5. The horizontal component direction a of the sloped lower surface 4a of each leg 3 in the direction opposite to the sloped upper surface 5a is so set as to be symmetric between the supporting leg 3a on one side and the supporting leg 3b on the other side when each floor panel 1 is divided into two parts at the center.
