PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock causing comfortably warm phenomenon in the whole body and retaining health through stimulating meridian points with warming action, improving the flow of vigor and blood, and regulating the contraction and expansion of foot blood vessels to improve blood flow. SOLUTION: The sock is such that in a leg part comprising a sock body with stretchability, a thermal storage heat insulation body allowing to insert the toes of the human body and having stretchability is formed by using a sock knit yarn having thermal storage and heat retaining properties, on the inside of the leg part of the sock main body, covering the whole of the malleolus and the ankle including four acupuncture points of "Saninkou", "Taikei", "Kaikei" and "Shinmyaku" which scatter in the malleolus and the ankle each of the left leg and right leg of the human body. Furthermore, only the upper part of the thermal storage heat insulation body is sewn on or stuck to the inside of the leg part of the sock body, and the lower part of the heat insulation body and the inside of the leg part composing the sock body are in an opened condition.
