PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple trunks type pants capable of preventing adherence of the scrotum and the inner thigh without damaging original air permeability of the trunks type pants. SOLUTION: The trunks type pants is provided with a supporter 20 which supports the scrotum 30 of a wearer on the inside of a pants body 10. The supporter 20 is composed of a tongue part 21 covering the lower part of the scrotum 30, and a pair of right and left hanger parts 22 and 22 continuing to the lingual part. The tongue part 21 is sewn to an inside leg portion 10a of the pants body 10 at one end rim 21a opposite to the hanger parts 22 and 22, and each end side of the hanger parts 22 and 22 is connected to the front of the pants body 10.
