A partialising valve for fluids comprising a valve seating (5) and a mobile obturator body (6) for regulating a fluid flow crossing the valve; the valve comprises a heat-sensitive pivot (7) which is destined to twist about an axis (A, B) thereof on a varying of a temperature, which pivot (7) exhibits at least a first point which is blocked with respect to the valve seating (5) and at least a second point to which the obturator body (6) is fixed.
