A laser treatment device for facilitating the growth of hair is provided to limit the wavelength area of a radiating element to a red light area considering the thickness of a scalp to obtain high LLLT effects. A laser treatment device for facilitating the growth of hair includes a small protrusion, an applicator base plate(10) and head fixing equipment. A radiating element and a sensor element for LLLT are mounted on the edge portion of the small protrusion. The head fixing equipment is formed to receive an applicator unit including the applicator base plate, a PCB plate, a vibration plate and a vibration element. The small protrusion is made in the form of a small cone that has a length of 5-15mm to prevent the light of the radiating element from being intercepted by the user's hair.
