<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on a recording medium when bent, by conveying the recording medium with a curvature radius greater than that of a conventional conveyance path. <P>SOLUTION: A conveyance path guided to a circumference conveyance section 60 from a main conveyance section 40 and reaching the main conveyance section 40 again forms an O-type path that is an endless conveyance path. This O-type path is formed in a space 35 between the housing 34 and the central section of the housing 34 where the components of image forming parts 12Y, 12M, 12C, and 12K, a controller 16, and a power source facility gather.
