<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection syringe for quickly injecting a medicament used by dissolving in a liquid such as a medicinal solution immediately before the injection. <P>SOLUTION: The medicinal solution W in an outer cylinder 3 is introduced into a medicament compartment 45 through holes 14, 19, 33 by pulling a plunger 39. As a result, the medicament P is dissolved in the medicinal solution W. Next, the plunger 39 is pushed to return the medicinal solution W in which the medicament P is dissolved into the outer cylinder 3. The holes 14, 19 are closed with a closing part 31, and the hole 33 is closed with a closing part 15 by rotating at least either an inner cylinder 11 or a cylindrical body 27 about the axis center so that the inside of the outer cylinder 3 is completely separated from the medicament compartment 45.
