摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode active material, its manufacturing method, and an anode and a lithium cell adopting above. <P>SOLUTION: A silicon oxide system complex anode active material contains amorphous silicon oxide expressed in a general formula of SiO<SB>x</SB>(0<x<2) including binding energy with an X-ray photoelectric spectrum from 103 to 106 eV, showing a silicon peak having a half width (Full Width at Half Maximum) of 1.6 to 2.4 eV, and with an atomic% calculated from an area of the peak of a value of 10 or more. The anode active material is a complex anode active material containing amorphous silicon oxide with a new structure directly obtained from a calcination object of hydrogen silsesquioxane, and the anode containing the complex anode active material and the lithium cell are excellent in charge and discharge characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
