<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solder plated wire for a solar battery which is inexpensive in addition to high electric conductivity, and also free from cohesion between materials upon heat treatment during the process, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solder plated wire 2 for the solar battery is constituted so that the surface of a conductor 3 whose cross-sectional shape is worked into a straight angle, so as to be joined to a solar battery cell 1, is coated with solder metal plating 4, wherein the conductor 3 is composed of a copper alloy containing P of≤100 ppm, and the balance copper with inevitable impurities, and having a volume resistivity of≤30μΩmm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
