STRUCTURE AND MATERIAL CONTROL SYSTEM OF ROLLING LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure and material control system of a rolling line by which products the structure and material specification of which satisfy the structure and material specification required by customers are efficiently manufactured.

SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a manufacturing order deciding means 33 for deciding the manufacturing order on the basis of an order data base 31 and a base stock data base 32, and an order information and a base stock information; a manufacture commanding means 34 for preparing a list of the manufacture command information on the basis of the manufacturing order; a rolling line control means 6 for controlling equipment on the basis of the list of manufacturing order information; a rolling data collecting means 41 for collecting a rolling result data; a structure and material model 42 for calculating the structure and the material on the basis of the rolling result data; a structure and material deciding means 43 for deciding whether the structure and the material satisfy the structure and material specification or not; and an allotting means 35 for allotting the order information which is allottable to the rolled product by retrieving the order data base when the decided result does not satisfy the structure and material specification.
