<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game apparatus capable of preventing the impairment of satisfaction of players even if a communication state with a game data transmission device becomes a prescribed state (for example, a disconnection state) during receiving game data. <P>SOLUTION: This game apparatus receives game data transmitted from the game data transmission device and stores the game data in a storage means. A communication state monitoring part 40 monitors whether or not the communication state with the game data transmission device becomes the prescribed state during receiving the game data. A substitute game data acquisition part 42, when determining that the communication state with the game data transmission device becomes the prescribed state during receiving the game data, acquires substitute game data based on received parts of the game data and stores the substitute game data in an acquisition game data storage part 46. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
