PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an asphalt mixture including a waste plastic comprising one or more kinds of PS, PP and PE dispersed well, providing a desired density, and having high strength. SOLUTION: The asphalt mixture for pavement comprises a mixture of a composition for a paving material with asphalt and aggregate, or a mixture of a modified asphalt with aggregate. The composition for the paving material comprises a mixture of the waste plastic with a waste oil, and the waste plastic comprises one or more kinds of PS, PP and PE. The composition range of the waste plastic and the waste oil is present within the range enclosed by prescribed two planes in a three-dimensional triangle graph exhibiting the proportions thereof by wt.%.
