PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and design when a manual operation switch is attached to a steering wheel. SOLUTION: This manual switch 2 comprises a body part 31a attached to at least one rear surface of a spoke part 13 extending in the lateral direction of the steering wheel 1, a switch body 31 having a projected part 31b projecting from the body part 31a to the front surface side of the spoke part 13 through near the spoke part 13, an operation member 33 of a shift-up switch 32 supported on the switch body 31 rotatably around a rotating shaft 36 extending generally vertically on the surface parallel to the surface of the steering wheel, and an operation member 35 of a shift-down switch 34 displaceably supported at the end of the projecting part 31b.
