<p>In order to make execution starting time for channel changeover of a base station and a mobile station consistent with each other, a layer 2 transmitting method is not required to define a layer 2 message format and a wireless sequence on its own terms. In this method, a layer (3) of a base station transmits a transmitting request including execution starting time for channel changeover (ST501) to a layer (2). The layer (2) of the base station re-transmits the layer 2 message at every time when a re-transmitting timer expires (ST502-ST505) and transmits or re-transmits the layer 2 message after a lapse of a transmission prohibiting time band (ST507) in the case where transmission or re-transmission timing of the layer 2 message is included in the transmission prohibiting time band. In the case where a layer (1) of the mobile station receives a channel setting changeover request from the layer (3) (ST512), the layer (1) carries out the channel changeover (ST517). In the case where the layer (1) of the base station receives a channel setting changeover request from the layer (3) (ST515), the layer (1) carries out the channel changeover (ST516).</p> |
