摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a layer having excellent light reflectivity and thermal conductivity at the same time and fulfill the hitherto difficult high-level requirements for the countermeasures against heat dissipation of a light-reflecting film, an electronic mounting substrate, etc.

SOLUTION: A light-reflecting heat-conductive filler is produced by laminating a light-reflecting layer on the surface of a pitch-based graphitized carbon fiber, and a light-reflecting heat-conductive layer composed of a light-reflecting heat-conductive resin composition containing the filler dispersed therein is formed on the surface of a light-reflecting film or an electronic mounting substrate.
