<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of adjusting a reading/writing range for performing communication with a RF tag to a wide range without needing a complicated mechanism or changing the arrangement position of a RFID antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID antenna 20 performing communication with the RF tag 6 is disposed so that the vertical line of a coil surface intersects the vertical line of a surface of a label 3 carried in a continuous label form carrying passage and the carrying direction of the label 3 carried in a continuous label form carrying passage, and the longitudinal direction is laid along the continuous label form carrying passage, and adapted to be rotatable about the vertical line of the coil surface of a rectangular coil 21 as a rotating axis 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
