PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device having simple structure of a dispensation unit, capable of controlling easily reciprocating movement of a dispensation unit part between a container and a well, and moving the dispensation unit efficiently, when dispensing into a microplate having many wells. SOLUTION: This dispensing device is equipped with the microplate having a plurality of cylindrical wells arrayed in a grid shape at prescribed intervals p in the Y-axis direction, the dispensation unit part, a moving mechanism part, and a control part for controlling movement of the microplate and the dispensation unit part and controlling suction and injection of a liquid sample. A rack stores so that arrangement of a plurality of containers has a grid shape at intervals P in the n-times (n is a natural number of 2 or more) of the prescribed interval p in the Y-axis direction, and the dispensation unit part has a plurality of nozzles arrayed approximately at the same interval as the interval in the Y-axis direction of the containers stored in the rack, and the control part controls so that the plurality of nozzles suck simultaneously the liquid sample from the plurality of containers and inject simultaneously the liquid sample into the plurality of wells.
