PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively calm down a noise on an internet line and to improve international stability as a public line and reliability as a commercial line. SOLUTION: A server and a browser and copyright documents for commercial and public use are distinguished by applying IDs thereto and furthermore, presence of a satellite protocol is inserted, thereby attaining development in the commercial-customized assumption of a space communication apparatus and formation of a communication space at ease.
