PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further raise convenience in communication compared with a conventional manner. SOLUTION: A provision server 11 generates connection information Ci with the address of a prescribed chat page and a prescribed connection time written therein, and distributes it to a communication terminal 12 requesting the distribution of the connection information Ci. The communication terminal 12 which receives the connection information Ci waits till the time becomes the connection time written in the connection information Ci. When the time becomes the connection time, connection is automatically performed to the chat page of the address written in the connection information Ci. Consequently, the communication terminal 12, which receives the connection information Ci from the provision server 11, is absolutely connected to the same chat page at the same time period, so that a plurality of users are easily and absolutely allowed to perform communication at the same time period.
