PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce trouble that an interruption request with a lower generation frequency is hardly served since the interruption request is blocked by an interruption request with a higher generation frequency. SOLUTION: When an interruption service is requested to a CPU by selecting one request among a plurality of received interruption requests, the respective input times of the interruption requests in a prescribed period are counted. High priority order is assigned to the interruption request with less input times compared with the interruption input request with more input times. The interruption request to be performed next is selected among the plurality of interruption requests according to the priority order.
