摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that retains and manages information on the energization time, power consumption and mean temperature of logic parts even after device disassembly and controls the logic parts flexibly in accordance with the information. SOLUTION: Firmware (20) recognizes the energization time, power consumption and part temperature of a plurality of logic parts (40, 50 and 60) mounted in a device (10), and sequentially cumulatively stores the values in individual nonvolatile memories (41, 51 and 61) mounted on the respective logic parts as cumulative energization time, a cumulative power consumption and a mean temperature. This can retain and manage the cumulative energization time, cumulative power consumption and mean temperature of the logic parts (40, 50 and 60) reliably even after device disassembly and remounting and control the logic parts flexibly in accordance with the results to improve the efficiency of general quality assurance at product shipping, quality assurance at reuse, operational status management, durability diagnosis and maintenance service.
