PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having both excellent efficacy and long persistent tightening effect. SOLUTION: A composition comprising a tightening polymer, which further comprises organic-inorganic hybrid particles, exhibits improved mechanical characteristics of a tightening polymer membrane, with following facial expression without particularly generating cracks, therefore, remaining in the tightening effect of the skin can be improved.
