The invention relates to a galenic form for the transmucosal delivery of at least one active ingredient, characterised in that the active ingredient consists of paracetamol at a stable and complete dissolution state in a hydro-alcoholic solution containing at least 10 wt % of alcohol for a rapid absorption of the active ingredient through the mucosa of the oral cavity and/or the oropharynx. The invention also relates to a method for producing the galenic form and to the uses thereof.
