A device for recording goods ownership information by using an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag is provided to enable a customer to keep/manage the goods ownership information for goods paid through a smart card including personal information by generating the goods ownership information from the personal information obtained from the smart card and storing the goods ownership information in the RFID tag attached to the goods. A goods ownership information processor(220) extracts personal information of a customer from an ICC(IC Chip) embedded in a smart card(260) of the customer through a CAT(Card Authentication Terminal)(255) of a payment system(245), and processes the personal information into the RFID type goods ownership information and writes the RFID type goods ownership information to the RFID tag(230) when the RFID tag attached to the goods(225) provides a write function. The goods ownership information processor generates the goods ownership information by extracting RFID information from the RFID tag, and combining the RFID information with the personal information, and transmits/registers the goods ownership information to a goods ownership information database(240) of a goods ownership information server(235) when the RFID tag provides a read-only function. |
