A sliding structure for an electronic device is provided to realize a slim portable electronic device, and to reduce mutual friction in case of a sliding action to decrease operation power, thereby accomplishing good sensitivity of operation. The first slider member(110) has at least one of the first guide units(112). The second slider member(120) consists of the first receiving units(122) for receiving the first guide units, and at least one of the second guide units(124) formed not to be located at the same height as the first receiving units. The third slider member(130) has the second receiving units(132) for receiving the second guide units. The first keypad unit is formed on the second slider member. The second keypad unit is formed on the third slider member. A display type of at least one of the first and second keypad units is changeable.
