The invention relates to a method for operation of a communication system having a mobile radio network of a first type, and having a mobile radio network of a second type, as well as having at least one mobile terminal (ME_1), with different registration regions being set up for the mobile radio networks. In this case, the method according to the invention optimizes the signalling traffic when an inactive mobile terminal changes between the mobile radio networks. The invention also relates to a network node for transmission of data in a mobile radio network, and to a communication system. |
