Stabilized dry composition comprises an ingredient having a powdery portion of 1-25 mu m and anticaking particles of 200-1500 mu m, which is at least 2.5 times greater in the particle size of the powdery portion. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the composition comprising mixing the ingredient and the anticaking particles; and (2) a medicament comprising the composition.
