The invention concerns the use of a mutated netrin-4 (SEQ ID NO:2 or SEQ ID NO: 4) or fragments thereof, or nucleotide sequences encoding said mutated netrin-4 or fragments thereof, or an anti-idiotypic antibody of an antibody directed against said netrin-4 or fragments thereof, for preparing a medicine for preventing or treating tumoral or non-tumoral pathologies.
