A method for checking integrity of a digital object and an integrity check system using the same are provided to efficiently check the integrity of digital object by comparing a feature of a converted image at a transmission side with a converted image at a receiving side. A method for checking integrity of a digital object includes the steps of: sharing an image generation procedure at a transmitting device and a receiving device(S210); generating a first image corresponding to the digital object to be transmitted(S220); receiving the digital object transmitted through the transmitting device(S230), and generating a second image corresponding to the digital object transmitted through the image generation procedure(S240); checking the integrity of the digital object transmitted by comparing the second image with the feature of the first image provided from the transmitting device at verifier(260).
