A system for recycling waste primary batteries is provided to improve valuable metals such as zinc and carbon rods by carbonizing waste primary batteries, and to prevent emission of harmful gases and other environmental pollution problems. A system for recyling waste 4FM primary batteries comprises: a main body(10) having a thermal decomposition chamber(110) at the center thereof and further provided with an inlet and an outlet(130) communication with the thermal decomposition chamber; a thermal decomposition unit mounted in the thermal decomposition chamber of the main body, and carbonizing waste primary batteries introduced through the inlet to discharge carbonized primary batteries to the outlet; a feeding unit(30) formed at one side of the inlet of the main body to introduce the waste primary batteries into the thermal decomposition unit; and a vibration screen(160) formed at the outlet of the main body to separate carbon rods(3) from the carbonized waste primary batteries discharged through the outlet. |
