A multi-display mounting device of a rail structure is provided to open and close an LCD easily in a one-touch manner by damping units installed at both sides of a moving frame. Moving units are fixedly installed in a facing manner at both inner sides of stand frames(110). A moving frame(130) is disposed between the fixed moving units and includes a rail groove(131). A fixed frame(140) is connected with one side of the moving frame and includes one or more grooves. A clamp(150) is installed such that one side thereof fixes a rear surface of an LCD, is installed on the fixed frame, and moves vertically and horizontally. The moving units are disposed on the rail groove, and the LCD is slidably opened and closed in a drawer manner by the moving units. The moving frame includes a damping unit installed at an outer side. When external force is transferred to the damping unit, the damping unit opens and closes the LCD.
