An aluminum foil manufacturing method is provided to coat fluororesin coating liquid on an aluminum foil surface to form a fluororesin coating layer and to dry/sinter the fluororesin coating layer for making the aluminum foil thick and for preventing the foil from being easily torn to pieces. An aluminum foil manufacturing method comprises the steps of; coating fluororesin coating liquid on an aluminum foil surface to form a fluororesin coating layer(S10); drying the aluminum foil formed with the fluororesin coating layer at 90 to 110°C(S20); and sintering the aluminum foil at 400 to 430°C(S30). The fluororesin coating layer is pressed by a presser to unfold a surface of the folded fluororesin coating layer(S40).
