A method for implementing MBMS includes: a base station adjusts a downlink modulation scheme according to indication information fed back by terminals in an uplink and sends the MBMS to the terminals according to the downlink modulation scheme adjusted. Further, the present invention also provides an MBMS system and a base station. The system includes: a base station and at least one terminal. The base station includes: a receiving unit, a transmitting unit and an adjusting unit. With the present invention, the power resources may be saved when the Quality of Service of MBMS is guaranteed. |
