A rotational lamp device is provided to prevent wires from being twisted in the rotation of the lamp device in one direction by rotating in a reverse direction by a predetermined angle after rotating in the one direction. A rotational lamp device includes a plurality of lamp units(10), a mounting unit(20), a driving unit(30), a first switch unit(40), a second switch unit(50), a power supply unit(60), and a control unit(70). The lamp units include a lamp(11), a socket(13), and a bracket(15) for lighting. The lamp units are mounted on the mounting unit. The driving unit rotates the mounting unit. The first switch unit generates an on/off signal for driving of the driving unit. The second switch unit generates the on/off signal for lighting the lamp units. The power supply unit supplies power to the lamp units and the driving unit. The control unit controls rotation of the driving unit by receiving the signal of the first switch unit.
