Provided is a maintenance guidance display device for performing maintenance actions without discriminating active/stop replacement, failure/prevention replacement, replacement/extension and so on, so that the operator can perform the maintenances without any malfunction. The maintenance guidance display device comprises a parts selection screen display unit for displaying a plurality of parts to be maintained, thereby to cause the maintenance target parts to be selected, a state judging unit for judging the power source state or facility state on the maintenance target parts selected in the parts selection screen display unit, and an instruction screen display unit for performing a maintenance action instruction according to the judgment state judged by the state judging unit.
