The device comprises pressure vessel (1) from which gas flows and has heating element (3) and insulation (2). The insulation is arranged in the inner wall of pressure vessel. The insulation is available by means of heat dissipation of pressure vessel, so that the pressure vessel has lower temperature than the heated gas. An independent claim is included for coating device.
