A lip-synchronization method for a digital broadcasting receiver is provided to control the decoding start time of an audio frame so as to complete audio frame decoding and signal converting before a point of time designated in the PTS of the audio frame in consideration of an audio frame decoding time and a converting time of the decoding audio frame signal into a Bluetooth signal format, thereby outputting Bluetooth audio synchronized with the output of a video. A lip-synchronization method for a digital broadcasting receiver comprises the following steps of: checking the PTS(Presentation Time Stamp) of an audio frame which the digital broadcasting receiver providing audio output through LAN(Local Area Network) communication receives(S300); restoring the audio frame into an original audio frame signal before a point of time designated in the checked PTS, and determining a start point of time of audio frame decoding so as for the audio frame signal to be converted into a signal format which can be outputted through the LAN communication(S302); restoring the audio frame into the original audio frame signal at the determined decoding start time, and converting the restored audio frame signal into a signal format which can be outputted through the LAN communication(S304,S306); and outputting the converted audio frame signal through the LAN communication at a point of time designated in the PTS of the audio frame according to an STC(System Time Clock)(S308).
