A manufacturing method of a corrugated conveyor belt is provided to increase an adhesive strength of a corrugated sidewall and a pin sidewall by adhering the corrugated sidewall and the pin sidewall uniformly and firmly on the conveyor belt. A manufacturing method of a corrugated conveyor belt(1) includes the steps of: buffing adhesive areas of the conveyor belt, a corrugated sidewall(3), and a pin sidewall(4) respectively; washing and drying the adhesive areas; applying an adhesive on the conveyor belt, the corrugated sidewall, and the pin sidewall respectively; adhering the corrugated sidewall to the conveyor belt with the adhesive; pressing the corrugated sidewall with a first press; adhering the pin sidewall at regular intervals on the conveyor belt with the adhesive; and pressing the pin sidewall with a second press.
