A seat moving track apparatus is provided to allow a lower fixed rail and an upper moving rail to be fixed twice such the both rails are coupled with each other more stably. A seat moving track apparatus comprises a lower fixed rail(110) having openings(150) and grooves(230), an upper moving rail(120) coupled with the lower fixed rail and having a channel structure, a locking member(130) for fixing and releasing the coupling between the upper moving rail and the lower fixed rail, and a resilient member to apply constant force on the locking member. The locking member includes a protruded input portion to receive force applied from the exterior, a first stopper to be coupled and released to and from the openings formed on the lower fixed rail, and a second stopper to be coupled and released to and from the grooves formed on the lower fixed rail.
