A tunnel type generating apparatus and a generating method using the same are provided to obtain electrical energy generated through a tunnel type coil by including an electric condenser. A tunnel type generating apparatus includes a magnetic body(10), a tunnel type coil(30), and a case(20). The magnetic body is selectively attached to an upper part or a lower part of a vehicle(100). The tunnel type coil is wound by a conductive coil in one direction several times to generate an induced current when the magnetic body passes through the tunnel type coil. The case receives the tunnel type coil, buffers vehicle load to prevent damage of the tunnel type coil due to the vehicle load, and corresponds to a width of the road surface(R).
