A wall panel system of a structure is provided to block sounds transmitted through first and second member by installing a third member between the first and second member. A wall panel system of a structure comprises first members(10), second members(20a,20b), and a third member(30). The first member, which has at least two sides and extends longitudinally, serves as a frame for a wall. The second members are respectively attached to both sides of the first members, thereby making a dual wall. The third member is installed at least one surface between the first and second members, and makes a space between the first and second members. The third member includes a fastening part, a first connection part, a sound blocking part, and a second connection part. The fastening part is provided with fastening holes and fixed to the first member. The first connection part extends toward the second member obliquely from one end of the fastening part. The sound blocking part connects the first connection part with the second connection part. The second connection part extends toward the first member obliquely from the sound blocking part.
