It is an object of the present invention to provide a method capable of measuring a high concentration (up to 2500 U/L) of animal sample without dilutions, which is further capable of specifically measuring ±-amylase even in a sample comprising animal ±-amylase (EC 3.2.1.1) and glucoamylase (EC 3.2.1.3).
