A plasma display apparatus, and an apparatus and a method for driving the same are provided to reduce power consumption by distributing displacement currents flowing in Y electrodes. First to third transistors(S1-S3) are connected in series between a first voltage source for supplying a first voltage and plural first electrodes. Fourth and fifth transistors(S4-S5) are connected in parallel between the first electrodes and a second voltage source for supplying a second voltage less than the first voltage. First to sixth capacitors(C1-C6) are connected in series between the first and second voltage sources. A first end of a first inductor(L1) is connected to a contact point between the fourth and fifth transistors. A first end of a sixth transistor(S6) is connected to a second end of the first inductor and a second end thereof is connected to a contact point between the fifth and sixth capacitors. A first end of a second inductor(L2) is connected to a contact point between the second and third transistors. A first end of a sixth transistor(S7) is connected to a second end of the second inductor and a second end thereof is connected to a contact point between the third and fourth capacitors. A first end of a third inductor(L3) is connected to a contact point between the first and second transistors. A first end of an eighth transistor(S8) is connected to a second end of the third inductor and a second end thereof is connected to a contact point between the first and second capacitors.
