A LIGHT GUIDE PLATE FOR KEYPAD AND ITS USE

A light guide plate for a keypad and a usage thereof are provided to be simply applied to any type of keypads regardless of a key top shape and material of the keypad by supplying a uniform brightness such as a surface light source to an overall keypad. A light guide plate(2) for a keypad includes an incidence unit(6) and a specific pattern(8). The incidence unit is formed on the light guide plate. One end tip thickness of a transparent film or a sheet is formed as much as height of the light source. The specific pattern diffuses and scatters light inputted to an overall one side surface where the incidence surface is formed. The thickness of one end tip of the incidence unit is formed as much as the height of the light source, and a thickness of the other side is reduced in proportional to a distance increment from the light source.
